About this file
This technical specifications document details requirements for a software license subscription for medical point-of-care analyzers at a military healthcare facility. The specifications call for providing software license subscriptions for 25 Abbott i-STAT analyzers and 25 Abbott Precision Xceed Pro and/or Abbott Freestyle Precision Pro Glucometer point-of-care analyzers. Additional requirements include a web-based software license that interfaces with the MHS Genesis laboratory information system (Cerner), an e-Quiz training and recertification module, and software compatible with Windows 10 or higher.
The document outlines comprehensive support services, including on-site technical support for implementation and validation, repairs and preventive maintenance, 24-hour telephonic troubleshooting, and service call response within four hours. The vendor must provide initial and on-site training, software upgrades at no additional cost, and be prepared to obtain DOD Risk Management Framework (RMF) IT cybersecurity certification if required. The technical specifications are specifically for Martin Army Community Hospital and are associated with a non-competitive sole source contract intended for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Informatics, Inc.
