The solicitation (Q4FY25SUBSISTENCE) seeks approximately 62 line items of food products including various meats, vegetables, grains, breads, cheeses, and other institutional food supplies, with total quantities ranging from 30 to 93,678 units per item. The procurement is set aside for small businesses, with a firm-fixed price contract type, FOB destination delivery, and full delivery required by July 21st, 2025.
Key procurement details include an anticipated solicitation release date of February 18th, 2025, with quotes due May 30th, 2025 at 11:00am CST. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit pricing through a specific Excel spreadsheet format. Payment will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or Government Purchase Card.
