OVC Fiscal Year 2019 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program
OVC-2019-16590
Last Revised on 6/25/19
Four changes were made to the OVC Fiscal Year 2019 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Program solicitation:
1.
On pages 1 and 3, the Application Deadline was changed to 11:59 p.m., eastern time, on Friday, August 16, 2019. (revised 6/25/19)
2.
On page 12, information regarding critical and required documents in Section D. Application and Submission Information has been revised. The revised text is:
What an Application Should Include
This section describes in detail what an application should include. An applicant should anticipate that if it fails to submit an application that contains all of the specified elements, it may negatively affect the review of its application; and, should a decision be made to make an award, it may result in the inclusion of award conditions that preclude the recipient from accessing or using award funds until the recipient satisfies the conditions and OJP makes the funds available.
For this solicitation, OVC has designated the following application elements as critical:
• Program Narrative
• Budget Detail Worksheet (including Budget Narrative); and
• Applicant Disclosure of Pending Applications
(revised 6/17/19)
3.
On page 35, information in the What an Application Should Include section has been revised to include only three application elements required to pass basic minimum requirements. The revised text is:
What an Application Should Include: The following items with an asterisk (*) are critical application elements required to pass basic minimum requirements. An application that OJP determines does not include the application elements designated to be critical, will neither proceed to peer review, nor receive further consideration.
