About this file

This is a Seller's Submission Checklist for a micro purchase automatic door repairs opportunity issued by the City of Pennsylvania (GovTribe ID: B2728068). The solicitation will be awarded as a whole or by line item, at the City's discretion, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must submit quotes for all items listed to be eligible for award consideration. The contract terms specify that no delivery or services shall commence until formal notification is received from the appropriate department. The checklist serves as a submission guide to ensure bidders provide all required documentation and meet all specified requirements for participation in this procurement.

The pricing structure requires bidders to provide comprehensive quotes covering all line items within the scope of automatic door repair services. As a micro purchase, this procurement is subject to simplified acquisition procedures and thresholds. Bidders must ensure compliance with all submission requirements outlined in the checklist to be considered responsive and responsible. Award will be made based on lowest cost among qualified bidders, with the City retaining flexibility to award individual line items separately if determined to be in the City's best interest.
