FY-27 Seller Submission Checklist for City of Kenmore Charging Station Micro Purchase

This is a seller submission checklist for a micro purchase micro-buy awarded by the City of Kenmore, Pennsylvania for charging station equipment and services. The checklist outlines mandatory requirements that sellers must complete and submit to be considered for award. The procurement may be awarded as a whole or by individual line items, at the discretion of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must submit quotes for all items to qualify for whole award consideration. No delivery or services may commence until the seller receives official notification from the purchasing department.

The checklist establishes compliance requirements that sellers must satisfy prior to award, including documentation verification, insurance provisions, and adherence to City specifications and terms. This document serves as a control mechanism to ensure all submitted bids meet baseline qualification standards and contain required supporting documentation. Sellers should review this checklist thoroughly before submission to confirm all necessary items, certifications, and attachments are included with their bid package to avoid disqualification.
