About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for Small Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a micro purchase of Condura Nylon Bags. The procurement is for a single line item commodity purchase to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors must submit item specifications with their bids, and pricing must remain firm for the designated hold period. The award may be made as a whole or by line item at the City's discretion, whichever serves the City's best interest. Sellers are instructed not to deliver or provide any items until officially notified by the department.

The checklist outlines the required submission steps for vendors participating in this Philadelphia micro purchase opportunity, including confirmation of seller role, Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status (though the LBE Program does not apply to small purchases), unit cost entry for each item, completion of mandatory questions, acceptance of terms and conditions, and submission of required attachments. Critical documentation includes an executed Consent & Authorization form, which must be on file in the vendor's profile or attached with the quote submission; quotes will not be considered without this form. Vendors may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and any additional documents relevant to their quote. All validation warnings must be addressed before final submission through the PHLContracts website.
