About this file
This justification document outlines a sole source procurement by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission of an IEEE Enterprise subscription from IEEE for a base year plus four option years. The subscription provides FERC staff access to over 1,500 IEEE journals, conferences, and e-books to support monitoring electric reliability standards and analyzing regulatory cases. While other vendors could potentially provide comparable services, FERC would lose access to referenced subscription content currently in its library database. The estimated value of the sole source contract is $7,095.
