This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart

12.6 & 13.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 dated June 05 2019.

Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The award resulting from this procurement will be firm fixed price. The solicitation SPE60520Q0606 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at https://www.acquisition.gov.

SCHEDULE B:

The following pieces of laboratory equipment are required in support of testing/analyzing petroleum product lubricant oil. This is not being solicited on an “all or none basis" for the equipment listed below and the quoted price is all-inclusive. Quotations can be submitted on individual line items.

Description:

Shall adhere to ASTM D86.

• Accessory kit including all items needed to conduct local user calibrate equipment shall be included in the price and shipped with the equipment.

• Initial on-site installation/calibration/hands-on demonstration within four weeks of the equipment arrival and laboratory confirming they are prepared.

• The equipment shall include a one-year warranty.

• Fully automatic initial heat regulation with no sample specific heat parameters.

• Electrical shall meet the voltage requirement of either 115 or 220 volts 50Hz with NEMA style electrical plugs to match current building design.

• Step-up transformers not allowed.

• Max dimensions shall not exceed 18.5W X 26"H X 26.0D.

• Weigh less than 160lb.

• Measurements Vapor Temperature with a range of 0°C to 450°C (32°F to 842°F).

• Built-in ticket printer and USB/Ethernet capability.

• Automatic dry point kit for 200cc.

• Built-in ambient pressure sensor, range to 70 to 110 kPa with calibration being a single point against reference barometer.

• Built in fire extinguisher.
