About this file
This document is an addendum to a solicitation (FWC 24/25-06C) issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the "St. Petersburg RMI Boiler Replacements" project. The solicitation seeks competitive pricing for the replacement of two boilers and two related pumps, along with necessary piping for the RMI and F Building, per the plans and specifications. The addendum provides responses to three questions related to the project, including information about the building's fire alarm system contractor, the preferred Building Management System (BMS) contractor, and the use of PVC conduit. All responses to the solicitation must be received by 3:00 PM ET on Friday, October 11, 2024.
The solicitation requires vendors to be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening. Interested parties can obtain an electronic copy of the construction plans and associated documents by emailing a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form to the FWC Procurement Manager. The project is located in Pinellas County, Florida.
