About this file
This is Addendum #1 issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for Solicitation No. FWC 24/25-38 "JW Corbett Wildlife Management Area Mechanical Vegetation Treatment." The addendum addresses questions and answers related to the solicitation, with responses due no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday, December 13, 2024. The project involves mechanical vegetation treatment work at the JW Corbett Wildlife Management Area in Palm Beach County.
The addendum specifically addresses requirements for equipment specifications, clarifying that bidders must provide detailed specifications for all equipment to be used on the project, whether owned or rented. The FWC requires that equipment specifications be listed for any proposed equipment and must meet minimum requirements as specified in Section II of the Scope of Work. Generic specifications including size, measurements, horsepower, and attachments are not sufficient - specific details must be provided for each piece of equipment, and FWC reserves the right to reject submissions that don't meet minimum specifications.
