BEGIN ADDENDUM #1

Item #1 –Change to the Scope of Work Section 3. LAW ENFORCEMENT SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR 2021-2023 TEXTRON CESSNA TURBO STATIONAIR T206H BASIC AIRCRAFT is hereby revised to include the following:

3.18 FWC shall determine if a 130 amp alternator is needed prior to issuance of the Purchase Order.

FWC reserves the right to include this item or not depending on the equipment in the aircraft.

Therefore, a price is needed on the price sheet.

Item #2 – Revised Price Sheet The Price Sheet is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Revised Price Sheet, attached hereto and made a part of the solicitation. Respondents must use the Revised Price Sheet in their bid.

Item #3 - Questions and Answers Question #1: 2.4.4 - The requirement is similar services on “at least three law enforcement equipped aircraft” Is it acceptable if this work was done on military aircraft with similar equipment?

Answer #1: No. FWC requires prior experience on similar law enforcement aircraft.

Question #2: 3.5 - Does the Commission require to have an intercom system that allows the pilot and co-pilot to communicate on separate radios simultaneously? For example one on the civilian radio and the other on the tactical radio simultaneously? Does the tactical flight officer (sensor operator) need to communicate on the tactical radio or just to the pilots via intercom?

Answer #2: Yes, the ability to operate separate radios from pilot or TFO position is required.

Question #3: General – Does the aircraft provided by the Commission have air conditioning?

If so, a 130amp alternator will need to be installed to supply adequate electrical power for the mission equipment.

Answer #3: Yes, the aircraft will likely have a Kelly Air Conditioning system or similar. FWC is unable to specify which model of alternator it has at this time. Please see the change to the Price Sheet (Addendum #1, Items #1 and #2).

FWC 23/24-35 ADDENDUM #1 3

Question #4: Can we have an equipment list for the aircraft? Garmin advises that it is required in order to provide ADS-B disable.

Answer #4: The awarded vendor will receive all necessary documentation to complete the project. FWC currently operates additional agency aircraft that are using Garmin ADS-B disablement.

Question #5: Scope of Work states in section 1 SERVICE COMPLETION DATE item 1.1. “All equipment installation on the aircraft must be completed within three (3) months after receipt of the aircraft.” Does the Commission have a required maximum start date for the aircraft modification?

Answer #5: No. However, the start date cannot begin until the issuance of the Purchase Order and the receipt of the aircraft by award vendor.

Question #6: Current workscope is calling out a MB10W monitor and the G1000MFD for display of the MX-10 and ARS750. Does the Commission want optional pricing for a rear mission console similar to their Caravan fleet with dual larger monitors for an Aft TFO?

Answer #6: FWC requires vendors to provide pricing to complete the aircraft project as specified within this ITB.

Question #7: Is a stand-alone DVR a requirement? Does the ARS 750 w/internal dual recording satisfy this requirement?

Answer #7: The ARS 750 with dual recording satisfies this requirement.

Question #8: Is an audio panel a requirement in the TFO console? If so, which audio system is being utilized?

Answer #8: PS Engineering Incorporated Audio Controllers are to be used to remain standardized with other agency aircraft.

Question #9: Monitors – if a dual monitor configuration is being utilized, what size of monitor, 15” or 17”? If single monitor – 15” or 17”?

Answer #9: This size monitor and console design is not covered in this ITB.

FWC 23/24-35 ADDENDUM #1 4

Question #12: Confirm that a straight camara feed to the MFD or is switchable to mapping required?
