About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for the "TOSOHATCHEE (RESIDENCE REPLACEMENT)" project in Orange County, Florida. The addendum provides answers to a written question, clarifies contract terms, modifies the plans, and incorporates an asbestos survey report. The ITB seeks bids for the replacement of a residence, with the basis of design being the Tahoe Harbor, Model SVM-5802 by Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. Bids are due by 3:00 PM ET on Friday, May 27, 2022. The awarded contractor will be allowed to work on weekends with prior notification to the FWC project manager and will be required to obtain the Department of Health permit for connection to the existing septic system at no additional cost to FWC. The modular building provided shall include the range, refrigerator, and dishwasher supplied by the manufacturer as the standard for the Tahoe Harbor unit.
The plans have been updated to relocate the access ramp, and an asbestos survey report has been incorporated into the contract documents. Interested parties can request the updated plan set and the asbestos survey report from the Procurement Manager. Protests must be filed with the Purchasing Office of the FWC within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-110, Florida Administrative Code.
