About this file
This document is an addendum to a solicitation issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for FIXED-WING AIRCRAFT LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT. The addendum includes a revised price sheet for two aircraft models - the 2022-2023 Textron Cessna Caravan 208 and the 2022-2023 Daher Quest Kodiak Series 3 Basic Aircraft. The price sheet lists 10 required equipment items, including sensor packages, camera mounts, mission consoles, downlink systems, lighting, and integration of radios. All items must be bid, and the award will go to the responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest total price. Bids are due by 11:30 PM ET on April 15, 2022.
Pricing must not include any federal or state taxes, and the quoted prices must cover all necessary items, including shipping. The State of Florida is exempt from paying taxes on services, goods, and equipment purchased. There are no set-asides or incumbent contractors mentioned. The solicitation indicates that funding and source(s) are available, but no specific details are provided.
