About this file

This document is a Contract Line Item Pricing Schedule for API 653 Tank Repairs at Fort Cavazos, TX, covering three tanks (7065, 7066, and 7068). The contract includes six basic line items detailing comprehensive repair and maintenance work for each tank, such as repairing piping, replacing equipment, fixing tank stairs, replacing roof components, and performing final API 653 inspections. An additional optional line item (Item 0007) allows for the procurement of PC, Laptop, and PLC Hardware and Software, which could extend the contract performance period by 100 calendar days if exercised.

The pricing schedule notes that funds are not currently available, and no contract will be awarded until appropriated funds are secured. Offerors are required to insert prices for all line items, with prices including both design and construction costs. The document emphasizes that failure to price all items may result in the offer being deemed unacceptable, and in cases of price discrepancies, lump-sum or unit prices will take precedence. The repairs are categorized as either Maintenance (M) or Repair (R) for each tank, with specific detailed work requirements for each line item.
