The project involves reclamation work at the Four Mile Fenster Abandoned Mineral Mine Lands located in the unincorporated community of Ewing, Virginia. The specification prescribes complete work to be performed by the selected contractor, with the agency maintaining authority over any contradictions between specifications and drawings, requiring contractor notification and agency decision on interpretation matters. The document establishes the framework for contractors to submit bids for the reclamation activities required at this abandoned mineral mine site.
The bid schedule outlines the pricing structure and submission requirements for contractors bidding on the reclamation work. The document serves as the financial and administrative component of the solicitation, detailing the line items, quantities, and pricing format that bidders must follow when submitting their proposals to the Commonwealth of Virginia for this bond forfeiture remediation project.

"The Total Bid Price will be utilized for determining the amount of bid, to establish a contract award value, and to determine the performance and payment bond amounts for the successful Bidder. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond for all bids of
$100,000 or more. Payment will be made on actual units used and verified in the field. Correct pricing is extremely important and price should be double checked before submitting a bid.
