Vendors must comply with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations for chemical handling, use UN-certified packaging, and ensure proper documentation. Quote submissions are due by July 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST, with quotes to be sent electronically to Latrice Whitfield. The NAICS code is 332710, with a business size standard of 500 employees, and the government intends to award the contract without discussions unless later determined necessary.
