About this file
This document is a Notice of Intent to Award from the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) Printing Services for Request for Quote (RFQ) #25*0546. The project involves producing 10,000 FORM 4156 MET OWL BOOKMARKS, with bids evaluated from three vendors: Rotary Multiforms, Lawson, and ColorTech. The RFQ process considered factors including pricing, turnaround time, and printed in Michigan experience.
Rotary Multiforms was recommended as the awarded vendor with a bid of $3,256.00 and a 25-working day turnaround, which represented the best value to the State of Michigan. The evaluation process allows DTMB Printing Services to select a vendor based on the most advantageous combination of evaluation criteria and price, potentially choosing a higher-priced bid if it provides superior value. Vendors were given the opportunity to protest the award electronically through Vendor Self Service, with a strict deadline for submission. The print consultant for this project is Scott Barclay, who can be contacted at 517-636-7744 or Barclays@Michigan.gov for any questions.
