About this file

This is a Foreign Disclosure Review memorandum from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base regarding Purchase Request #FD20202500020 for a Circuit Card Assembly on MM III. The memo establishes export control requirements and foreign disclosure limitations for the technical data associated with the procurement.

The document indicates that while unclassified production data is approved for release to 21 specified countries including Australia, Canada, and various European nations, the item involves critical technology and is export-controlled, limiting release to U.S. contractors only. The memo specifies that contractors must comply with Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Regulations requirements, and must include DFAR 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled Items clause in all subcontracts. The government maintains complete rights to the technical data package (AMSC G designation), with no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Final Foreign Disclosure Officer review requires submission of AFMC Form 191 along with technical data for foreign country release.
