Grounds Master Landscape Mower
- SPECIFICATIONS -
May 2024
Furnish and deliver (1) Toro Groundsmaster #7210 Mower with Polar Trac Snow Removal Package or Equivalent:
▪ Mower needs to be all wheel drive and zero turn capability with roll over protection system.
▪ Must use diesel fuel and biodiesel compatible.
▪ Air Ride Suspension Seat.
▪ Polar Trac Enclosed Safety Cab with heater, wipers and lights. Snow blade and rotary broom attachments.
▪ Able to cut 20+ Acres a day.
▪ Grass Cutting Height of 1 -6 inches. 72 inch mulching deck with no discharge chute.
▪ Mower must be able to be serviced by a license manufacture technician with-in a 50-mile area of zip code 21230.
▪ Mower must be covered by at least a two-year manufacturers warranty.
Justification of Need:
This equipment will enhance safe grounds and building maintenance operations within Fort Mc Henry & Hampton National Historic Site. Specifically, it can mow tighter areas not reachable by larger mowers. The Polar Trac enables the mower to be converted to a vital part of our snow removal operation allowing the operator to clear more areas safer and faster, thereby saving labor costs and allowing the parks to open to the public sooner following a snow event.
Delivery Schedule:
180 days or less.
