About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Navy Office of Naval Research-Global (ONRG) for the Technology Operational Experimentation Event (TOEE) 25.2 campaign. The RFI focuses on emerging technologies to support operational objectives related to Subsea and Seabed Warfare (SSW), with three specific focus areas: 1) autonomous undersea navigation and collaborative autonomy, 2) sensors and automated target recognition, and 3) command and control tools and decision aids for planning and mission coordination. ONRG is seeking innovative solutions at a technology readiness level of 5 or greater to participate in a series of experimentation events throughout fiscal year 2025, culminating in an Advanced Capability Experiment. Interested parties are required to submit a quad chart and a white paper by September 27, 2024, addressing the operational relevance, cost, system/sub-system architecture, critical technical parameters, dependencies, technology/integration readiness levels, and the team. An industry day event will be held on August 28, 2024, for eligible Department of Defense U.S. contractors.
