About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the Department of the Navy's Technology Operational Experimentation Event (TOEE) 25.2, which will focus on emerging technologies to support operational objectives related to Subsea and Seabed Warfare (SSW).

The RFI is seeking information on innovative, agile solutions that map to three focus areas: autonomous undersea navigation and collaborative autonomy, sensors and automated target recognition, and Command and Control (C2) tools and decision aids for planning and mission coordination. The Government is interested in technologies with a technology readiness level (TRL) of five or greater that can support live experimentation in FY25. Respondents are required to submit a quad chart and a white paper addressing operational relevance, cost, system/subsystem architecture, critical technical parameters, dependencies and special considerations, technology and integration readiness levels, and the team. An industry day event is scheduled for August 28, 2024, and responses to the RFI are due by September 27, 2024.
