Section D covers disposition and sustainability approaches, including reuse, remanufacturing, recycling, and disposal distribution percentages, plus environmental impact measurement and reporting using specific tools, models, and certifications. Section E requests typical timelines for assessment, design, remanufacturing, and installation phases, along with installation quality control processes, safety compliance, and punch list management procedures. Section F inquires about standard warranty terms, response timelines, repair processes, and nationwide support capability. Section G requests recommendations for improving the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and overall contract structure, plus identification of unclear or restrictive requirements.
