Fleet Stockroom Location Addresses.xls

This file is a Fleet Stockroom Location Addresses spreadsheet maintained by the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) that identifies 95 fleet service stocking locations across the state. The document provides comprehensive geographic distribution of MaineDOT's fleet operations, with locations spanning from Caribou in the north to York in the south, and from Fort Kent in the east to Bridgton in the west. Each stocking location is assigned a unique ship code (ranging from 17D04 to 17D95 and alternative codes from 0012 to 0720) and includes the facility name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. The locations represent various operational functions including primary fleet stockrooms, mobile service units, fuel services, sign shops, heavy equipment facilities, fabrication shops, and building maintenance centers, with several locations serving as regional distribution hubs (such as the Region 2 Fleet Stockroom in Augusta at 45 Commerce Drive).

The spreadsheet serves as a reference directory for the 1-year contract for Hydraulic Hose and Stems, enabling potential vendors and suppliers to understand the geographic scope of MaineDOT's operations and the multiple delivery and service points throughout Maine. This document facilitates logistics planning, delivery coordination, and inventory management across MaineDOT's dispersed fleet operations. The locations are referenced in Augusta, which serves as a central administrative hub for MaineDOT's operations, with multiple facilities concentrated there including the Augusta Heavy Equipment, Augusta Fabrication, Fuel Services, Sign Shop, Traffic Mobile Service Truck operations, and the Augusta Fleet Office.
