Fleet Stockroom Location Addresses.xls

This is a Fleet Stockroom Location Addresses document for the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) that identifies the geographic distribution of fleet service stocking locations across the state. The document lists 51 primary fleet stockroom locations and an additional 11 mobile or satellite facilities, organized by ship code and geographic region. These facilities are distributed throughout Maine, from Caribou in the north to York in the south, and serve as storage and maintenance hubs for MaineDOT equipment and supplies. The stocking locations include specialized facilities such as heavy equipment depots in Augusta, fuel services centers, sign shops, and mobile service trucks strategically positioned to support regional operations. Each location is identified by a unique ship code (17D21 through 17D76 or alternating numeric codes 0012 through 0720) and includes the facility name, street address, and municipality.

The fleet stockroom locations support MaineDOT's operational logistics across multiple service categories including equipment maintenance, fabrication services, fuel distribution, traffic services, and building maintenance. The facilities are concentrated in key regional hubs such as Augusta, Bangor, and Scarborough, with additional stockrooms distributed throughout rural areas to ensure adequate geographic coverage. This network of locations appears designed to minimize travel distances for MaineDOT personnel and optimize supply chain efficiency across the state's transportation infrastructure maintenance operations. The document serves as a reference resource for a one-year fasteners contract, indicating that bidders should be prepared to supply fastening products and materials to these multiple locations across Maine.
