Statement of Work (SOW)
Project Title: Fire-Resistant Coverall Management & Laundering Services
1. Purpose
This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the weekly laundering service and rental of fire-resistant (FR) coveralls used by onsite welders and electricians. It includes the provision of laundry hampers, accountability for garment protection and maintenance, and rental of 44 FR coveralls to ensure an adequate supply for covered personnel.
2. Scope of Services
The selected vendor shall:
• Rent 44 fire-resistant coveralls to designated personnel for ongoing use.
o Brand: Lapco o Style Number: CVFRD7NY o Sizes: 22 Extra-Large, 11 Extra Extra Large, and 11 Extra Extra Large - ST
• Pick up 4 fire-resistant coveralls weekly from designated job site.
• Launder garments using FR-safe methods that preserve fire-resistant properties and overall durability.
• Vendor shall return laundered coveralls within 5 business days of pickup. Garments must meet FR safety standards and be inspected for damage prior to return.
• Supply and maintain laundry hampers for collecting soiled garments.
• Track garments using barcoding or RFID for accountability.
• Provide loss protection: replace any unreturned or lost garments at no cost.
• Perform maintenance checks on each garment, including:
o Repairs for minor damage.
o Replacement of unserviceable coveralls with safety-compliant equivalents.
3. Schedule

4. Locations
Pickup, delivery, and rental services will occur at the following location:
• Defense Logistics Agency 3420 D Ave Bldg. Door 67 Tinker AFB, Oklahoma 73145
5. Personnel Covered
Services shall apply to Fire-Resistant coveralls assigned to the following roles:
• Welders
• Electricians
• Other qualified personnel operating in high-heat and arc-flash environments
