About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) seeking input from software developers on an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the agency's health and wellness operations. The EHR solution must operate in both classified (Secret level) and unclassified environments, with core requirements including secure scheduling, client management, documentation workflows, forms communication, test result integration, and robust security features. Key technical specifications mandate FedRAMP compliance, ICD-10 coding standards, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and compatibility with FBI's security infrastructure.
Interested software developers must submit electronic responses by 07/30/2025 at noon Eastern Time, with a 15-page maximum submission limit. Responses should address the system's deployment options, implementation timeframe, hardware/software dependencies, maintenance plans, and estimated costs. The RFI is strictly for market research and information gathering, with no commitment to issue a solicitation. Respondents are instructed to provide succinct capabilities packages that address the FBI's requirements and potentially suggest innovative approaches, while explicitly avoiding submitting formal proposals, past performance details, or making award requests.
