The solicitation estimates 60 hours of service and was issued January 11, 2021, with bids due January 22, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. Either a map and site image or an on-site meeting will be provided to confirm work areas. The Division of Waste Management will contact 811 prior to requesting service.
Bidders must submit a signed face of the solicitation with completed bid information and are evaluated on best price and best experience. The contractor must carry liability insurance of at least $15,000 and provide photos of marked utilities and GPR data upon request. Two line items are included: a regular hourly rate for standard services and an hourly rate for out-of-area services that includes mobilization and technology fees.
