10/5/2023 – Addendum 1 – To answer vendor question.
Q1: Could you please explain item 2.14 Delivery. The 200.00 deduct if I refuse to haul when called.
If I am already hauling for you and you request more trucks and I can't find a driver or truck has mechanical issues , is this basis for a deduct? What are criteria for a deduct??
A1: This bid requires that vendors provide 5 trucks and 2 additional trucks for each additional line item awarded. If a vendor is awarded one line item they would be required to provide those 5 trucks when called out.
