About this file

The document is a Final Addendum (F25-01-007) for the Highland Hills Golf Course Concessionaire opportunity issued by the City of Greeley, Colorado. This addendum provides clarification and responses to potential bidders' formal inquiries regarding the contract. Key details include an adjusted award date of March 3rd (moved from the originally proposed February 29th), confirmation that the lease start date will be determined during contract negotiations, and guidance on liquor licensing, with the city indicating that the new vendor may ideally obtain the current vendor's temporary liquor license. The addendum also addresses potential operational questions such as renovations, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and confirms that the contract is not an exclusive arrangement.

The document explicitly states that the city does not own the existing equipment, food/beverages, or alcohol inventory, meaning any transfer of these items would be negotiated directly between the outgoing and incoming concessionaires. The city prefers in-house kitchen staff preparing fresh meals and prohibits conducting business at the golf course that is not expressly outlined in the Scope of Work. While financial data was mentioned as being available in attached Excel documents, those specific details are not included in this addendum. The concessionaire will be responsible for procuring necessary insurance and liquor licenses, with the city acknowledging there may be a brief interruption in service during this process.
