Filters Spreadsheet.xls

This is a filters spreadsheet for the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) detailing the agency's current purchasing requirements for automotive filters across multiple categories and supplier locations. The document lists comprehensive filter specifications including oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, transmission filters, cabin air filters, power steering filters, coolant filters, water filters, and hydraulic filters. The spreadsheet identifies NAPA AUTO PARTS (supplier code 06042) as the primary supplier, with one filter item sourced from Baldwin. The inventory spans hundreds of individual filter part numbers organized by vehicle and equipment application, including filters for various truck manufacturers such as Volvo, International Harvester (IHC), Mack, Sterling, Ford, GM, and specialized equipment including loaders, graders, and mowers. The document indicates that columns for manufacturer name, manufacturer part number, list price, and delivery days require completion. MaineDOT maintains distribution points across the entire state of Maine, with delivery addresses spanning from southern locations including Portland, Scarborough, and York to northern facilities in Fort Kent, Madawaska, and Presque Isle.

The spreadsheet serves as a catalog of active inventory items organized by commodity code (primarily codes 41001005 through 65099001) with unit of measure consistently listed as individual units ("ea"). While specific pricing information is not provided in the current document, the structured format indicates that list prices and delivery timeframes are essential data points to be completed for procurement purposes. The document does not specify contract award dates, renewal options, or formal bidding timelines, suggesting this is an internal inventory and supplier tracking tool rather than a formal solicitation document. The inclusion of multiple filter varieties and extensive geographic distribution across MaineDOT facilities indicates this represents ongoing operational maintenance needs for the state's vehicle and equipment fleet.
