About this file
This file contains fill-in and full-text provisions and clauses that are incorporated into the federal solicitation for the Thermo-Calc Software High Entropy Alloys Database (TCHEA8).
The document includes two primary regulatory provisions. The first is DFARS 252.204-7017, which establishes a representation requirement regarding covered defense telecommunications equipment or services. Offerors must disclose whether they will provide covered defense telecommunications equipment or services as part of their offered products or services to the Department of Defense, and if so, must provide detailed information including descriptions of all covered equipment and services, explanations of proposed use, entity information for service providers, and producer details for equipment. The second provision is DFARS 252.232-7006, which provides instructions for Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) payment processing. This clause requires contractors to have a designated electronic business point of contact in the System for Award Management (SAM), register with WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/, and submit payment requests and receiving reports through WAWF using specified document types based on contract type (cost vouchers for cost-type line items, invoices and receiving reports for fixed-price items requiring shipment, and performance-based payment requests as applicable). The clause includes a routing data table with multiple fields for DoDAAC codes and contact information that the Contracting Officer must populate, and directs contractors to contact the WAWF helpdesk at 866-618-5988 for assistance.
