About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB25-0495) issued by the City of Orlando Procurement and Contracts Division for Fern Creek Avenue Sanitary Sewer Improvements. The project involves comprehensive sanitary sewer rehabilitation and improvements, with 33 detailed line items covering tasks such as manhole rehabilitation, pipe repairs, lateral lining, excavation, CCTV inspections, pavement restoration, and traffic signal loop detector replacement. The bid is exclusively electronic, with responses due on August 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time. A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference is scheduled for July 31, 2025, at 10:00 am via MS Teams, and potential bidders must submit questions by August 7, 2025, at 5:00 pm.

The work encompasses extensive sewer infrastructure improvements, including interior manhole rehabilitation, lateral point repairs, pipe replacements, lining procedures, exploratory excavations, and associated restoration of surface areas like sidewalks, pavements, and landscaping. Bidders are required to use the City of Orlando's OpenGov Portal for submission, with a clear directive that only electronic responses will be accepted, and all other submission methods will be considered non-responsive. The solicitation emphasizes the respondent's responsibility to check for updates and maintain current vendor information in the system.
