About this file

This is a Federal Required Certification document submitted in support of the City of Pasadena Public Works Department's request for rental of refuse collection trucks and bin delivery equipment. The document pertains to federal compliance requirements that vendors must satisfy when providing goods or services to state and local government entities that receive or utilize federal funding.

The certification document establishes mandatory federal compliance standards and certifications that potential vendors must acknowledge and agree to meet as a condition of contract award. These requirements typically address federal labor standards, anti-discrimination provisions, environmental compliance, and other federally-mandated contractor obligations. Vendors responding to the City of Pasadena's 28-day equipment rental solicitation must provide completed federal certifications demonstrating their ability and commitment to comply with applicable federal statutes, regulations, and executive orders. Failure to properly complete and submit required federal certifications may result in proposal disqualification or contract termination. The specific federal requirements outlined in this certification document are binding upon any awarded vendor and must be maintained throughout the contract performance period.
