The certification pertains to compliance with federal lobbying regulations under 44 C.F.R. Part 18 and Appendix A. The contractor must certify that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence any officer or employee of a federal agency, member of Congress, or congressional employee in connection with the awarding of this federal contract. The certification applies to all aspects of the contract, including extensions, continuations, renewals, amendments, and modifications.
The contractor is required to submit this signed certification to the non-federal entity prior to contract award.
