FDLE-ITB-2612 ADD 1 ATT B: Bid Price Sheet Summary

This is an Addendum 1 Amended Price Sheet document for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Invitation to Bid (ITB-2612) for Forensic Biology and STR DNA Testing Services. The solicitation seeks comprehensive forensic laboratory services encompassing 36 distinct service line items organized across multiple service families: Forensic Biology (including swab screening, item examination, and hair assessment), STR DNA Testing (sexual assault kits and non-SAK samples), Y-STR DNA Testing, Mitochondrial DNA Testing, and Subject Matter Expert services (pre-trial consultation, sworn deposition, and courtroom testimony). Bidders must submit pricing using the FDLE-provided Attachment B Price Sheet for an initial three-year contract term with three optional one-year renewal periods. Written questions were due January 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET, with sealed bid responses due January 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET and public bid opening scheduled for January 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET via conference call.

All pricing must be fully burdened and inclusive of all incidentals and associated costs required to comply with solicitation requirements; vendor-generated price lists will not be accepted. Bidders are strictly held to their submitted bid prices, with any optional renewal pricing subject to a maximum three percent annual increase. No remuneration is available beyond the bid price for any specifications or considerations outlined in the ITB. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest Grand Total price while meeting all specified technical and qualification requirements. The procurement does not explicitly identify set-aside designations or incumbent contractor information within this price sheet document.
