About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) for Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Behavioral Health services. The Addendum extends the due date for vendor responses to December 19, 2023 and replaces the original ATTACHMENT I - SERVICE LOCATIONS with a revised version. The RFQ seeks innovative solutions from qualified vendors to provide these services within Judicial Circuits 1, 2, 5, 9, 10, 13, and 20 across the state of Florida. The revised attachment outlines the estimated number of residential and co-occurring beds required in each circuit.
The procurement process will not include an award advertisement on the Vendor Information Portal, as this Addendum will be the only posting related to this RFQ. Vendors invited to negotiate further with the Department will receive additional instructions from the Department. No other details regarding pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding, or contract term are provided in the document.
