About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Solicitation (FDC ITB-24-046) issued by the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) for the procurement of disposable paper. The addendum revises the timeline for the ITB, with key dates such as the deadline for submitting questions (April 3, 2024), the anticipated date for the Department to advertise answers to vendor questions (May 3, 2024), and the bid deadline and public bid opening (May 30, 2024). The contract opportunity involves providing disposable paper listed in Attachment I - Price Sheet, and the procurement will serve the needs of the State of Florida, as well as Leon County and the City of Tallahassee.
The solicitation does not provide specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information. However, it indicates that the Department will advertise its agency decision in June 2024. Vendors must adhere to the revised timeline, and any failure to file a protest within the prescribed timeframe or post the required bond will constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
