About this file
This document is a Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) for a Juniper Maintenance Renewal contract under the Hardware Master Contract 1. The Dept. of Information Technology Networks Division is requesting proposals for Juniper network equipment maintenance, including renewals for various serial numbers covering network, security, and cloud equipment. The maintenance is required from 12/1/2024 to 11/30/2025. Proposals are due by 9/17/2024 at 4:00 PM. The contract is a fixed-price arrangement across several functional areas including microcomputers, PCs, servers, printers, network communications, installation, training, security, and cameras. The State has designated this as a Small Business Reserve procurement, with a 0% MBE goal for the installation and training services. Master Contractors must provide pricing, estimated ship dates, and manufacturer's suggested retail pricing.
Pricing will be the primary evaluation criterion. The agency will award the contract to the Master Contractor whose proposal is most advantageous to the State. The State reserves the right to request a Letter of Authorization from the manufacturer or distributor to verify the Master Contractor's authorization to resell the Juniper maintenance services.
