REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

For

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Professional Services Acquisition Unit (PSAU)

In support of

Video Production Services

A. Requirement Description: This requirement is in support of the FBI’s Training Division to produce instructional media, live multicast events, animations, and other multi-media materials in order to accomplish this mission.

The FBI requires commercial services to provide additional technical production staff, actors, voice talent, equipment, set design and construction, web-hosting services, and other related video production and post-production services as needed.

The types of productions that may need support could be instructional videos, live multicast events, demonstration videos, scenarios, and other videos that may support classroom instruction.

The support requests may be small, medium, or large, requiring anywhere from one day to several months to complete. Both parties must agree upon the basis and requirements of each specific task before work begins.

B. PURPOSE: This market research is being conducted as a means to gather information only and does not indicate or ensure that a formal solicitation will follow. The primary points of contact are listed below and any questions regarding this market research should be submitted in writing via email to the POCs. If applicable, your answers will be posted on this Request for Information (RFI) listing.

C. This Request for Information (RFI) announcement is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to meet the requirement of providing professional video production services at Quantico, VA and other specified locations. This is not a solicitation. Only those who respond to this announcement by submitting the following information will be used in determining whether to set aside this requirement.

1. A list of current or past projects demonstrating experience with work of a similar nature to that listed in the Scope of Work. For each project submitted, provide a brief narrative statement of the work involved, contract or order number, performance period, the dollar value and the completion date. The company shall submit information on no more than three (3) of their most relevant contracts, for which they were the Prime, completed within the past (3) years. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by your firm and/or in-house personnel.

2. Provide a statement of your firm’s business size (Small Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled

Veteran Owned, 8(a), small disadvantaged, or woman-owned) with regards to the NAICS code 512110 – Motion Picture and Video Production

3. Cage Code, Unique Entity ID Number, and Company Capabilities Statement.
