About this file
This Limited Source Justification document is for the U.S. Army's Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) to procure ServiceNow licenses and implementation support from Carahsoft Technology Corporation. The acquisition is for the Advana program, an enterprise-scale system providing data, analytics, and AI tools to over 100,000 users across three security environments. The ServiceNow licenses include Impact Guided Public Sector, Digital Services Enterprise, IT Operations Management, and Integrated Risk Management solutions, with specialized implementation support from a Global Elite Partner.
After conducting market research on IT Service Management solutions, CDAO determined ServiceNow was the only vendor meeting all their requirements, including ITIL compliance, enterprise scale, integrated IT business management, low-code customization, customer service management, and automation/AI capabilities. The contract will run for 12 months, with Carahsoft holding the sole Letter of Supply from ServiceNow for federal government distribution. The procurement is being conducted under a Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement via the General Services Administration's Multiple Award Schedules program.
