About this file

This is a Frequently Asked Questions document from the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (DHE) Office of Student Financial Assistance regarding RFQ OFF48 for Print Promotional Items. The procurement seeks vendors to supply water bottles and tote bags as promotional items. Water bottle specifications include aluminum or stainless steel construction in either tumbler or screw-top styles with screw cap or flip-top lids, standard 24-ounce size, and navy blue or white coloring with contrasting logos. Tote bags must be canvas material measuring 14 inches by 16 inches with simple flat design, shoulder-length handles, and printed logos for both GEAR UP and MCAC programs in white. The DHE indicated a delivery date of October 28th is acceptable. Multiple shipping locations at high schools across Massachusetts are anticipated for distribution.
