BLOCK 14 CONTINUED:
The solicitation is amended to incorporate the response to the following question related to the RFP:
QUESTION: Answers to Questions 34 and 39 list the estimated number of associates as 120 -
200. This is a wide range and difficult to price. While we understand that offerors are not expected to provide prices for CLINs 3 and 4, the administrative costs of administering a program of 120 associates are very different than administering a program of 200 associates.
Would the Government please advise as to whether offerors should propose to the maximum possible number of associates (i.e., 200), or to the minimum number of associates (i.e., 120)? Or some other number in between?
RESPONSE: The Government cannot advise offerors on how to propose.
The remainder of the solicitation is unchanged.
