Q. Is there an incumbent if so can you provide the information?

A. No active contract for this service.

Q. Do the flight instructors needs to be in the same state?

A. No.

Q. Will the pilots need to provide their own aircrafts?

A. See PWS, Attachment 1, 1.1, General Scope: provides in-flight instruction in the P/TF-51 North American Mustang, along with a qualified P/TF-51 flight instructor.

Q. How many students are expected to be present for the flight instruction?

A. 24 students + up to 6 staff/other personnel.

Q. Are multiple instructors needed per day?

A. Multiple is highly desired but not required.
