Qualitative Evaluation Review Worksheet
Purpose: The data collected in this worksheet will be used as follows:
1. Support determination of technical adequacy of contract proposal submissions.
2. Familiarize TPS GFR and QE staff with aircraft operating characteristics and limitations.
3. Prepare for development of full scale QRB for TPS/CC approval and student guidance.
Instructions: Contractor will fill in requested data, modifying and repeating sections as needed, and submit this sheet along with proposal submission.
