About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying scope details for a window and door cleaning project at Building B1040.

The work is limited to Building 1040 only and includes cleaning of two side double doors, one front double doors, eight tall floor-to-ceiling windows across the main front, and six large picture windows on the north end behind the fence. The windows in front are accessible from ground level; however, a manlift is required to reach the floor-to-ceiling windows behind mesh window protectors due to rock ground cover that must be traversed. The mesh window protectors must remain in place and should not be removed prior to cleaning. The work must be performed as a complete window-cleaning process rather than pressure washing alone. The bird waste requiring cleaning originates from ravens and small birds rather than pigeons.
