B1643

1. Flooring Product Specification The SOW indicates the specific vinyl plank flooring for this project.

o In the event of supply issues or unavailability, will approved equivalent substitutions be considered? If so, please advise on the process for substitution approval.

Any substitution must be a close match to requested flooring with approval of final product by customer.

2. Detailed Floor Plan with Square Footage The Appendix references highlighted areas for installation, but the provided document is hardly visible.

More Detailed floor plan with specific square footage will be provided soon.

o Could you provide a detailed and marked-up floor plan that visibly shows:

▪ Square footage of each flooring area (working)

▪ Areas to be included and excluded in installation

▪ Any special considerations (e.g., under modular furniture, high-traffic zones)

Please be more specific as far as “special considerations” as stated in the SOW contractor is responsible for lifting and installing flooring under cubical or modular furniture.

3. Furniture Movement Scope The SOW states that the contractor is to lift modular furniture during installation.

o Are there any zones where full disassembly or relocation is required?

No disassembly of modular or cubicle furniture will be required. Any stand alone furniture will be moved by the customer.

o Will government personnel assist with electronics, computers, or sensitive equipment disconnection?

All electronics, computers, connections or disconnections will be handled by the customer.

4. Project Timeline and Material Delivery The SOW requires completion within 30 days.

As clarification, completion time of 30 days begins when the actual removal of the existing carpet starts. Ordering and delivery of the product can be completed prior to start date.

o Will sufficient time be built into the schedule to allow for ordering and delivery of the specified flooring before installation begins?

o Is there a designated point of contact for coordinating delivery access and material staging? (we will provide this information post award)
