1. SCOPE. This Statement of Work (SOW) defines contractor requirements for the proper removal and rerouting of three phase power cables for the P-310 Complex.
1.1. Background. During a Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI) at the P-310 complex, a deficiency was identified due to three phase electric power cables located on the ground. These cables presented an electric shock and tripping hazard to personnel on the ground. To mitigate these hazards, the CTF had cable trays installed in the complex to remove the cables from the ground and put them overhead. The contract to correct the deficiency only provided for cable tray installation and did not include placement of the cables onto the trays. The cable trays passed final inspection and are serviceable. This contract is for services related to the removal of the cables off the ground placement of the cables onto the cable trays.
