# Question Received Government Response 1 What is the frequency of service? My firm can locate the locations/types of products needed, but not the frequency of services. There are a lot of “on-call” listed for septic, do we need to price that per service and then we will bill every time we service it?

Once ordered all of the chemical toilets, mobile units, ADA units, hand wash stations, hand sanitizers stations, and units with Baby Changing Stations will be serviced weekly per the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

2 Are the Chemical Toilets services once per week on a permanent basis?

Yes, once the chemical toilets are ordered and in place (permanent or on-call) they will be serviced weekly per the PWS.

3 There is a lot of “on-call” listed for the septic tanks, do we need to price that per service and then we will bill every time we service it?

All septic tank service will be priced per service and billed monthly.
