Statement of Work Summary

This Statement of Work specifies the delivery requirements for one complete Trimble GNSS Base Station Package to the 846th Test Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. The package is required to support the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT), which uses rocket-powered sled trains to simulate flight environments and scenarios, and must provide precise, high-frequency positioning data for test and evaluation activities.

The deliverable consists of three primary components: a Trimble Alloy GNSS Reference Receiver with dual Maxwell 7 chipsets, 672+ channels, and support for all modern GNSS constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and SBAS); a TDL450B UHF Data Radio operating at 403–473 MHz with 35W maximum transmit power and IP67 environmental rating; and a Zephyr Model 3 Geodetic Antenna with multipath mitigation and phase-center repeatability less than 1mm. The GNSS receiver must achieve horizontal accuracy of 3mm + 0.1 ppm RMS in static high-precision mode and 8mm + 1 ppm RMS in real-time kinematic mode, with 24GB internal storage and 100Hz data rate capability. The package also includes two TDL450B radios with transport cases, antennas, power kits, and 80-foot antenna cables. All components must be new and delivered to 704 TSS/XPL at Holloman AFB no later than 120 days after receipt of order. Government acceptance testing will occur within 10 business days and will verify hardware completion, manufacturer documentation compliance, and successful power-on and functional testing of all components.
