About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent (NOI) from the Air Force Test Center/PZIA (AFTC/PZIA) located at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee. The NOI indicates the government's intent to procure two commercially available Test Sequence and Timing Systems directly from Hadland Imaging, LLC (CAGE Code 5G7A6), using the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) for non-competitive procurement. The contracting officer has determined through preliminary market research that Hadland Imaging is the only source reasonably capable of meeting the government's requirements, with the procurement classified under NAICS code 334519 for Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing.

The government will accept electronic responses until 1:00 PM CST on 8 April 2025, though this is not a competitive quote request. The determination to proceed without competition remains solely at the government's discretion, with the received information used only to evaluate potential competitive procurement. If no favorable responses are received by the specified date, the government plans to negotiate a contract directly with Hadland Imaging. Questions and comments should be directed to Ms. Bailey Deason (Contract Specialist) and Ms. Brooke Vandeman (Contracting Officer) via their provided email addresses.
